The Minecraft OG Reading Program
Orton-Gillingham is the leading multisensory approach to teaching phonics and literacy.
We have reimagined the Orton-Gillingham teaching approach by using the popular video game Minecraft! Since Minecraft is designed to be accessible for all ages and abilities, we are able to combine it with cameras, touch screens, and other devices you already own to teach traditional literacy skills such as reading, spelling, and penmanship.
Through our multisensory lesson plans, with one-on-one tailored instruction from our certified educators, our Minecraft OG reading program allows our students to gain confidence and learn to become fully independent readers!
A researched and tested approach for teaching students with disabilities.
Developed by psychiatrist and doctor, Samual Orton, in collaboration with educational psychologist and school teacher, Anna Gillingham.
Reading, writing, and penmanship through multisensory phonics.
Teaching techniques reflect each studentβs needs.
